Thanks, the screenshot really helped. Mine behaves the same way and I
believe it doesn't seem to be correct.
** Description changed:
when you open officelibre write directly (from unity launcher) the
program does not come up with close/maximize buttons at the top bar, and
the file/edit (etc) buttons are in the program window and not in the
main title bar.
