I notice this is still unanswered. I still think its a bug - a lot of fiddling about seems to indicate that Brasero refuses to burn filenames which include "%20". This may be a superficial conclusion & I can't be bothered to see if its the inclusion of any "%" character that causes the crash, but it would seem logical. A temporary fix might be for the program to do a preliminary search for any filenames it doesn't like and report them in a format where the file can be removed or the name changed.
