The dselect package shows up in i386 version but not the amd64 version.
Errors while installing webmin are:

These errors are for the AMD64 version, the previous 2 missing packages
were for the i386 version.  Same errors just for the packages previoulsy
mentions.

I already resolved teh i386 install and will not be installing again for some 
time.
