If libexo-common has been built by an i386 autobuilder in ubuntu, it'll
be broken on other arches. My current solution committed in pkg-xfce svn
(not uploaded in unstable yet) is to split helpers into their own
package. It'll be fixed in precise when we upload that to unstable and
sync.
I'm not sure how to deal with this issue for oneiric though...
