It seems that although the build-dep for ruby-dnssec was fixed to ruby-
dnsruby, the binary dependency was not:
apt-get source opendssec-auditor
opendnssec-1.3.0/debian/control:
Package: opendnssec-auditor
Section: admin
Architecture: all
Depends: ${misc:Depends},
ruby1.8,
ruby-dnssec (>= 1.52~),
libopenssl-ruby
Fixing this dependency makes the package installable again.
