Public bug reported:

There is an unwanted folder called Ubuntu One that keeps appearing in my
home folder. It's called MY folder because I am supposed to decide what
goes in it. After all it's on MY computer.

After deleting the folder "Ubuntu One" several times, uninstalling
Ubuntu One from the software center and deleting the folder "Ubuntu One"
several more times, it seemed to be gone, but no, it came back today.

Uninstalling Ubuntu One from the software center should uninstall Ubuntu
One sufficiently so that it doesn't do what it really shouldn't do in
the first place.
