Sure. I also measured the amount of pixels the windows are moved up, it's 24. By using the show desktop command I can correct that behaviour quite fast, but I don't think the observed behaviour isn't intended. The arrows on the bottom show the elevation of the windows, in the upper part you can see the tab part of Firefox being hidden behind the panel as if moved there with Alt+Button1. Every window can be corrupted by the scale function while being minimized.
