I removed the entry called "Ubuntu One". To an average user, that will be the only natural choice. "python-ubuntuone-storageprotocol" doesn't appear in the search because it's a system item.
In any case, if Ubuntu One was my software, I'd consider it a bug if it kept making remaking folders that were deleted by the user.
