it seems to be a problem with the wifi driver, i tested the old kernel
as mentioned by Bruce and it seems to work, at least it does not crash,
but at about the same chargelevel of the battery the wifi just turns of
and is not able to connect to a network anymore. Since the original
reported crash does only occure when wifi is enabled and has a similar
weird behavior on the old kernel. I concluded the above.
