(Commenting here, as bug #874220 isn't quite the same issue: the update
process couldn't determine the packages needed for upgrade, so I didn't
get to the point of restarting which is where the issue in #874220.)
Used `apt-get remove libsublime1`, and the update is running at the
moment. Everything seems to be working ok. (N.b. when removing
libsublime1, kdevelop was automatically upgraded.)
