Hi guys,
The machine is shipped with the sata ide controller: 8086:1c00, which
is found not workable in
many machines with 32bit PIO, see bugs below:

The patch has been merged into Ubuntu-3.0.0-13.21, so suggest you to
test the latest oneiric kernel to
see if it can fix the bug.
