I attached the bad session file that I deleted for someone to see why it caused the panel problem in Feisty. This session file was created, I believe, when I went to System -> Preference -> Session and clicked on Save Current Session. Right now I don't have confidence in using System -> Preference -> Session in Feisty until the cause of this bug is understood.
