Yes.

Just an empty "Folder" entry box as displayed now is basically useless.
You could enter a full path in the box manually, true, but no one would
really do that, especially when you want to store it in a subfolder
located on the disk.

I.e. show the "Choose Folder..." button next to the "Folder" entry box
when selecting the "Local folder" option from the "Backup location"
combobox and show it when selecting one of the disk from the "Backup
location" combobox. Where clicking on the button when "Local folder" is
selected will take you to your home folder now, clicking on the button
when a disk is selected should take you to the root of that disk.
