Public bug reported: I'm curious about a bug I reported to KDE (which they've long since fixed): https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=243779
It relates to putting a gutter in each of the columns in dolphin's column view so you can rubberband-select even when there is a full list of files in the column. (Currently, you can only begin a rubberband- select if there is space at the bottom of the column. This was fixed in SVN literally a year ago: http://websvn.kde.org/?revision=1184177&view=revision I'm running Dolphin 1.5 under KDE 4.5.5 on Ubuntu 10.10 (Maverick), and I don't see this feature enabled. When will it hit the Ubuntu tree? Or has it hit already and is still broken? ** Affects: dolphin (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/879695 Title: Add a "gutter" to dolphin columns view, to allow initiation of rubberband file selection To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dolphin/+bug/879695/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
