Still a year later an nothing even said from Ubuntu as to what if
anything is being done. I have seen no fixes or work-arounds mentioned
anywhere. I still see it as well in 11.10. If this is not even something
to worry about then just say something in response. Though honestly I
rarely use Ubuntu now on my laptop due to this error and me running into
lots of issues using it as a build machine from issues that were kernel
related, which I strongly believe have to do with this since the issue
is not on the releases I use listed below.

I mean how can an open bug still not even be decided on nor assigned at
the year mark? And this carries over multiple versions.

If there appears to start being activity about this then I will take
more time and post actual info if requested. But this appears to be of
no concern.

I do not get this Fedora 15, I have not seen this is Fed on the same
laptop through 2 releases, nor RHEL 6.
