Still a year later an nothing even said from Ubuntu as to what if anything is being done. I have seen no fixes or work-arounds mentioned anywhere. I still see it as well in 11.10. If this is not even something to worry about then just say something in response. Though honestly I rarely use Ubuntu now on my laptop due to this error and me running into lots of issues using it as a build machine from issues that were kernel related, which I strongly believe have to do with this since the issue is not on the releases I use listed below.
I mean how can an open bug still not even be decided on nor assigned at the year mark? And this carries over multiple versions. If there appears to start being activity about this then I will take more time and post actual info if requested. But this appears to be of no concern. I do not get this Fedora 15, I have not seen this is Fed on the same laptop through 2 releases, nor RHEL 6. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/668148 Title: pci using host bridge windows from ACPI; if necessary, use "pci=nocrs" and report a bug To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/668148/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
