Public bug reported:
Tickr doesn't build on Oneiric and Precise. This relates to new linker
flag "--as-needed" enabled by default in those series. A workaround is
just adding "-Wl,--no-as-needed" to LDFLAGS in Makefile.am. After
applying the patch, autoconf and automake, it just build fine.
