Public bug reported:

A rules file such as this
SUBSYSTEM=="usb", SYSFS{idVendor}=="0bb4", MODE="0666"
doesn't work any more, so I need to run the Android adb as root now.
I'm looking for a variation on this file that'll work but I don't find any.
I'm somewhat suspicious because attaching a USB hard disk also doesn't mount
its partitions like it used to.

** Affects: ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
