Confirmed that connecting to hidden networks doesn't seem to work in oneiric. WPA2 used here. NM-Applet shows a "hidden network"-entry that changes to an input box when I click on it. But entering the hidden essid and pressing <Enter> does nothing. The input box stays active with blinking cursor. No connection is being established whatsoever. "Preparing" the connection via the "Manage Connections…" Dialog doesn't help either. The self-defined connection does not show up in the networks list, the "hidden network" entry does as described above.
