Until it's fixed, I found a dirty workaround for people that suffer from
this, like I do:

Add the line "killall -9 NetworkManager" in file /usr/lib/pm-
utils/sleep.d/55NetworkManager in the end of suspend_nm() function
(right before the "}").

This command kills NetworkManager service without mercy every time
suspend is called. Network Manager is automatically resurrected so I
have my wifi working again after resuming...

Anyway, I'll report here when I post the bug report upstream.
