lots of new bugs are filed for this problem (look at "duplicate bugs" up the page and the dates) but it doesn't have sense because someone continues to link them to this one (and they get ignored!) reopen this bug instead or tell people there to NOT link the bugs to this one. btw..I'm one of the affected user... :(
