Binary package hint: supertuxkart
In Super Tux Kart (in feisty), when you play a particular race track and
then immediately play it again, the music is automatically disabled,
whether or not it is set enabled in user preferences.
If you play a particular track, then play a different one, and then go
back to the one you were playing earlier, the music will be enabled, as
it should be, if that is the option you have chosen.
