Discussed the patch with Tzafrir on IRC, we'll work to get it fixed in
the correct upstream repository and synced in via Debian. In the
meantime, we can carry the patch and hopefully get confirmation that it
fixes bug #612091.

until fix gets synced into dahdi-linux-extra patch in Debian (LP: #612091)
