Hey, I fixed the problem: I've booted from live cd and mounted my partition,
then in Terminal I used the command "sudo chmod 777 -R /". After that, I
tryed to install Ubuntu again and it works properly!!! Another thing: the
"smart status"  from HD is OK, the cable too! Thanls for quickly response!!!
