Public bug reported:
Back in time gnome has the ability to place an icon in the gnome menu to
show progress. I am unable to find how to enable this feature when using
Unity. I have tried white-listing "backintime" in the tray white list
but this does not work. I do not see any messages in .xsession-errors
relating to Back In Time trying to add the icon (TrayChild messages).
Without this icon, there is no indication that Back In Time is still
working unless you keep the main GUI open and no indication when
automated backups are occurring.
** Affects: backintime (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
