This is not a bug in typo3 package.
During uninstallation of the package typo3-database the database management
module tries to dump and drop the database "typo3database" which does not
exist. Therefore the module returns an error.
When using dbcommon for managing the databases you should not drop them on your
own. This will produce this bug.
