Tried the TwinView workaround and lightdm won't even load. Tried manually setting the refresh rate in ccsm and there is no appreciable change. Turning off bailer also does nothing. Seems to be some sort of leak because at startup or compiz restart everything works smoothly. 2 minutes later and the stutter to moving windows returns.
