Public bug reported:
When I start Vi (not Vim) from the command line, the arrow keys do not
function as they should
UP arrow is substituted with 'A'
DOWN arrow with 'B'
LEFT with 'C'
RIGHT with 'D'
Then there is a problem with the INSERT mode. I cant change to the
insert mode using 'I'
Vim is fine...
