I am running Feisty on a SONY Vaio PCG-X29. Since some days I am having
a serious problem: When the machine is running in battery mode, the CPU
load goes immediately to 100 % in Gnome system monitor, whether the
system starts on battery or I plug it off running. TOP shows the HALD as
the process consuming all the CPU time.
