ok, i've not read the the mozilla messaging policy on bugs lifecycle, you may be right. Maybe the policy is false or maybe the bugzilla "reopen" feature should not be available... I'm bored by that functional breakdown in the Master Password mozilla's product feature : i've already voted for 4 bugs related to that since 2006...
