Please run "apport-collect 882740" on the affected system. This is important because, in duplicate bug 595600, responders were unable to reproduce the problem, even with the same banshee version and Ubuntu release. It seems likely that this might happen here as well (since this is probably the same bug as bug 595600). So it is important to know more about your system.
