Public bug reported: Kubuntu 11.10 64-bit ~fresh install.
Create new user log off type the username & pw of the new user in KDM I get a dialog telling that a new password is needed. Clicking the button (OK?) I'm asked for a new password. However it's impossible to write anything in the lineedit, can't focus with mouse either. Two other people tried this on #kubuntu-fi too and confirmed this behaviour. It was also reported that if you press OK in the 'you need to type a new password' window, the lineedit works normally.
