Public bug reported:
For numbers between 1000 and 9999 if you press the sign change key (the
+/- key) the value in the display register will be changed although no
operation is supposed to have taken place other than sign reversal. For
example: enter 3600, hit +/- two times and the value displayed is
changed to 3000.
