Public bug reported:
Hi,
i'm using Nautilus on Ubuntu Oneiric.
When renaming a folder the renaming feature behaves exactly like the renaming
feature for files. It selects all letters before the last dot and only when you
press the F2 button once again, the complete foldername will be selected.
I think this behavior isn't correct for folder-renaming because there
are no "folder-extensions" like the "file-extensions" that have to be
minded. Therefore it would be better, to select the whole foldername.
Thanks in advance
Felix
