I can reproduce this just as described. In addition the rescaling steps
which for example work for <Control><Alt>KP3 (i.e., 2/3, 1/2, 1/3, 1/4
width) no longer work for <Control><Alt>KP4/6. This used to work
flawlessly in 11.04.
