Below the "Add comment" box on this bug page you should see a link saying "Add attachment or patch".
Click that and it should open a new page, on this page click the "Browse" button in the "Include an attachment" section. In the "File upload" window that opens, click "File System" on the left pane. Then open the folder called "etc" on the main part of the window (centre-right pane), then "apt" then "sources.list".
