on my T400, I can suspend and resume one time per boot. On the second
attempt, i get a flashing moon but the system does not enter suspend.
Heres what I've done so far to debug:
* tried setting QUIRK_NO_CHVT=false
* enabled PM_DEBUG=true
I've verified in the log that it gets to:
