This is a regression in oneiric, as this usb tuner used to work up until
natty.
How to reproduce the problem:
first, enable proprietary drivers for the card:
system settings | additional drivers | Firmware for DVB cards | Activate
then, install necessary package for scan:
sudo apt-get install dvb-apps
then, run command to scan for channels:
sudo scan /usr/share/dvb/dvb-t/gr-Athens > channels.conf
