The upgrade is hold back because of packages installed from the following PPA:
ppa.launchpad.net/gnome3-team/gnome3/ubuntu
ppa.launchpad.net/ubuntugnometeam/ppa-gen/ubuntu
ppa.launchpad.net/gnumed/ppa/ubuntu

You may be able to upgrade by reverting the packages you installed from
these PPAs to the version of the official Ubuntu repositories. You can
use the package ppa-purge in order to help you with this task.

I'm closing this report because it is not a bug with Ubuntu. Don't
hesitate to submit any bug you may find.
