Binary package hint: wodim
I wanted to burn an .iso image[4GB] but it returned an "unhandled error" at 60%
of operation and with all programs [gnome-burner / k3b / brasero ].
then I mounted the image and everything seemed fine (browsable, could open
files and so on...]. I tried to burn files from mounted folder, but it gave the
same error.
so I tried to tar and gzip everything... I tried to burn just that file but it
also didn't worked.
I've already tried with different supports... nothing [well, the error
:) ]
I didn't try to burn anything else big like that because I don't have it. But
as it doesn't burn the .gz file ... it makes me think that the problem
maybe in wodim.
Normally my dvd-burner has always worked perfectly under ubuntu but this
is the first time I try to write a dvd under feisty.
I'have a fujitsu-siemens amilo 7425 laptop.
