Public bug reported:
After upgrading to 11.10 (openbox 3.5.0-0ubuntu3) the following keybinding in
lubuntu-rc.xml only gives ONE action:

<!-- RB (two down: down or next is the same in a linear array): -->
<action name="DesktopNext">
<dialog>no</dialog>
<wrap>no</wrap>
</action>
<action name="DesktopNext">
<dialog>no</dialog>
<wrap>no</wrap>
</action>
Same problem with S-Up using two DesktopPrevious (or DesktopLeft) actions.
