Public bug reported: Desktop icons will not shift properly into place when booting up into external monitor. Eventually, the icons will shift to their proper locations while in one session of the computer at some point...meaning not rebooting. NOTE: I disable the notebook monitor (turned off) when using the external monitor and I am using Lubuntu 64-bit.
