Public bug reported: All Nautilus extensions written in Python need to be updated to work with Nautilus 3. Because of that, the extension is currently not working in Ubuntu Oneiric.
There is already a bug report in the Debian Bug Tracking System [0] that contains links to help in this process. FYI this is related to bug #859104 (that affects all Nautilus extensions in Oneiric written in Python). I won't mark is as a duplicate though, so that you can use this bug report to handle your Stable Release Update [1]. Don't forget to mark #859104 as closed though when the SRU is done, so that we can keep track of the evolution of the different packages affected by this. Thanks.
