Could you please try to run the following command in a terminal:
sudo rm
/var/lib/apt/lists/id.archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_oneiric_universe_i18n_Translation-en
sudo apt-get update
and see if the problem goes away? Thanks!
