Could you please unplug your webcam/camera, reboot and see if everything works?
I've noticed that your log files show a message ("cannot set freq 16000 to ep
0x86") related to a known bug in the Linux kernel (bug #681189, bug #459445,
bug #884210), unplugging the webcam should fix the bug.
