It seems that in Oneiric onwards we can no longer dump the debconf
selections.
dave@voodoo:~$ sudo debconf-get-selections --installer > file.preseed
debconf: DbDriver "di_questions": could not open
/var/log/installer/cdebconf/questions.dat
