I plugged my iPhone 4 (IOS 5) into my USB (Oneiric) and got the
"Unhandled Lockdown error (-15)".

I clicked "OK" to close the error.

In a terminal, I typed "idevicepair unpair" and pressed Enter.
The computer responded that the unpair had been successful.

I unplugged the iPhone and then re-plugged it into the USB.

It mounted successfully for the first time since I upgraded to IOS 5 and
Oneiric.

I am a happy boy.
