Public bug reported:
Using Ubuntu Oneiric and Unity 4.24.0-0ubuntu2b1, sometimes after a
resume the icons for the same instance of a window will appear twice in
the launcher.
* Both icons go away when closing the corresponding window
* Opening a new window brings up one icon only
* Both icons can activate the window
** Affects: unity (Ubuntu)
