@ezilg, It seems that your device has a different chip that is mentioned in 
this bug. Are you sure your problem is related to this report?
Install the drivers from git solves the problem for "dvb_usb_dib0700" with the 
error message:
dib0700: tx buffer length is larger than 4. Not supported.

For your chip I have only found this:
