Sandbox Gamemaker gets it's data from the upstream website
(www.sandboxgamemaker.com)
If you don't have an internet connection, or their server is down,
you'll get that error.
You can do the following two commands to restart the installation:
sudo dpkg --configure -a
sudo apt-get -f install
we can think about a way to spit out why installation did not work or update
documentation to explain it better.
