Public bug reported:
I try to translate german expressions back to english:
In the window dialog (german "fenster") the select boxes on the right,
i.e. "double click action" (german "Aktion beim Doppelklick auf
Titelleiste") are not shown fully (layout management buggy?). They are
cut on the right side.
Workaround: open "change desktop background" (german "Hintergrund der
Arbeitsfläche ändern"), toggle theme to another and back --> voila,
layout is correct and stays correct for this session.

german environment:
LANG=de_DE.UTF-8
